Thank you for your interest in the CIRIS study.

If you consent to participate in this study it important that you fully understand what will be involved, so please click on the link below and read the attached information. Initially you will asked by a research assistant in the clinic that you have attended to provide vaginal swabs and complete a questionnaire, and you will be posted swabs and questionnaires over the next 12 months at 3 monthly intervals to be returned to the research team. Information about results, reimbursement for your involvement in the study, and which vaginal infections you will be tested for are also in the attached file.

Please note that your participation is voluntary and you can withdraw at any stage of the project.
