What this service involves:

• You will be asked a few questions about your recent sexual activity.
• After answering the questions, this service will provide you with a report.
• Print the report and take it to your doctor. Your doctor will then advise you on whether the recommendations in the report are appropriate. The printed report contains medical information which your doctor may find helpful.

The recommendations are based on the answers you give. They are not a diagnosis. They are only intended to be a guide and will not be appropriate to all individual circumstances.
