This study explored the views of men who have sex with men on HIV rapid tests for home use in Australia.

In our study, the majority of men supported the introduction of quick and easy, painless self-testing home tests and would be likely to use the tests. Most reported they would use home test kits for interim testing and not to replace HIV blood testing at health services .
